SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services through Kitchy Plus. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Kitchy Plus is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before submitting your order.
If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement for the original order at no extra cost.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped.
By purchasing from Kitchy Plus, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that they may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is 1–10 days, excluding our 1–3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude clearance or customs delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please note that in some cases (such as free shipping), tracking may not be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping carriers, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
